Why ‘Anchored’ Mental Wellness?

Our practice name was deliberately chosen to reflect both our history as well as our philosophy.

Practice Philosophy

  • We believe in a model of care that is ANCHORED in who you are, where you came from, what holds you steady, and what your strengths are, along with what you’d like to see improve in your mental health.

  • Our interventions are ANCHORED in thoughtful, collaborative, personalized treatment recommendations and/or medication management.

What this means for you

  • We want to get to know YOU and how your mental health may be influenced by biological/genetic, social, personal, and situational factors.

  • We will often recommend treatment strategies and interventions that are not a medication-only approach as treating the WHOLE YOU means making things better from a number of different fronts.
